  • LA County COVID-19 Rent Relief Program Update (January 2021)

    Please note: The current LA County COVID-19 Rent Relief Program closed on August 31, 2020, at 8 p.m. and is no longer accepting applications.

    The 2021 Rent Relief Program is still under development. Please click here to sign up to receive a text or email notification from 211LA when the program becomes available.

  • HUD Waivers

    HUD Waivers

    Beginning on April 10, 2020, the Los Angeles County Development Authority (LACDA) adopted and implemented a series of statutory and regulatory waivers permitted by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). These HUD waivers allow the LACDA to enact temporary changes to its Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) and Public Housing Programs in order to reduce the impact of the COVID-19 crisis.

  • Keep LA County Dining Grant Program

    The Keep LA County Dining Grant Program has received the maximum of 2,500 applications. No additional applications will be accepted.

  • Section 8 Interim Reexaminations

    Interim Reexaminations

    Effective June 1, 2020, the LACDA has implemented a New Interim Reexamination Policy and Procedure. Please click here  to see how this affects your rental assistance reporting requirements and to report a change in income or family circumstances.
