As required by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, the Los Angeles County Development Authority (LACDA) has prepared an Annual Plan for Fiscal Year 2021-2022 for approval through its governing board of commissioners.

The Annual Plan provides the LACDA’s progress in meeting its goals for the next 5 years, major program policies, and financial resources for both the Conventional Public Housing and Section 8 Tenant-Based Programs. Additionally, the Annual Plan updates information on housing needs, housing strategies, and other program and management data. In accordance with HUD requirements, a draft of the Annual Plan was made available for a forty-five (45) day public review and comment period that began on December 29, 2020 and ended on February 11, 2021. Board of Supervisors Meeting March 23, 2021 - In response to the Public Health Order related to COVID-19, Los Angeles County facilities may be closed to the public on this date.
