5-YEAR AGENCY AND ANNUAL PLANS 

In accordance with Section 5A of the United States Housing Act of 1937 (USHA), as amended by Section 511 of the Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act of 1998, the Los Angeles County Development Authority (LACDA), formerly the Housing Authority of the County of Los Angeles (Housing Authority) has prepared a 5-Year Agency and Annual Plan(s).

The Annual Plan provides the LACDA’s progress in meeting its goals for the next 5 years, major program policies, and financial resources for both the LACDA Conventional Public Housing and Section 8 Tenant-Based Programs.  Additionally, the Annual Plan updates information on housing needs, housing strategies, and other program and management data.

Included in the Annual Plan are the following attachments: the Capital Fund Annual Statement and Annual Plan, Resident Advisory Board comments, the Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy and Lease Agreement and Lease Addendums for the Public Housing Program, and the Section 8 Tenant-Based Program Administrative Plan.

Housing Successor Agency

All Redevelopment Agencies (RDAs) in California were formally dissolved effective January 1, 2012.   The affordable housing functions of the former RDAs were assigned to Housing Successor Agencies (HSA).  Please click here for all reports related to the HSA.
