PUBLIC NOTICE

PROPOSED ANNUAL PLAN FOR FISCAL YEAR 2021-2022
In accordance with Section 5A of the United States Housing Act of 1937 (USHA), as amended by Section 511 of the Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act of 1998, the Los Angeles County Development Authority (LACDA) has prepared a draft Annual Plan for Fiscal Year 2021-2022 for public review and comment. 

The
 Annual Plan provides the LACDA’s progress in meeting its goals for the next 5 years, major program policies, and financial resources for both the Conventional Public Housing and Section 8 Tenant-Based Programs.  Additionally, the Annual Plan updates information on housing needs, housing strategies, and other program and management data.

Included in the Annual Plan are the following attachments: The Capital Fund Annual Statement and Annual Plan, Resident Advisory Board comments, the Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy and Lease Agreement and Lease Addendums for the Public Housing Program, and the Section 8 Tenant-Based Program Administrative Plan.

PUBLIC COMMENT STARTS ON DECEMBER 29, 2020, THROUGH FEBRUARY 11, 2021
The proposed Annual Plan and Executive Summary documents are made available for a forty-five (45) day public review and comment period.

Housing Successor Agency

All Redevelopment Agencies (RDAs) in California were formally dissolved effective January 1, 2012.   The affordable housing functions of the former RDAs were assigned to Housing Successor Agencies (HSA).  Please click here for all reports related to the HSA.
